Post to the Bulletin Board

Adding a Message To FPAC’s Bulletin Board

  1. Login to “Front Door” with Username: webuser and Password: fpac, log in by clicking here
  2. Once you are logged in click on Carousel
  3. Click on New Bulletin
  4. You will now see a list of templates
  5. As you move your mouse over each template it shows you a preview of the template n the right side of the screen
  6. Be sure to choose a template which will suite your needs (if you need an image choose one with an image, if you need a lot of text plan accordingly)
  7. Click on the template that is the most to your liking
  8. Fill in each box accordingly (in order to see what it will look like you can click on the Refresh on the right side in the preview window; you can also see a larger version by clicking the Zoom)
  9. After all of your boxes are filled in click on the Spell Check Button (Spell Check) also on the right side of the screen
  10. After spell checking click the continue button at the bottom of the page
  11. On this screen you can choose when your bulletin will be displayed; choose the date you would like to start and the date you would like the slide to come off
  12. If this is a slide that you would like to stay on check “Until Manually turned off”
  13. Click Finish at the bottom of the screen
  14. You are now at a screen that says “You are about to add this bulletin to the system:” click OK
  15. You are all done, you can either add another slide or log out.
  16. Your new slide will be sent to an FPAC-TV Staff Member for aproval and will be up on our Bulletin Board in a day or so.
